What the studio builds, and what it costs
Prices are ranges because events differ in size; the Blueprint turns a range into a number before any build starts.
| Service | Price | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Site | $18–40k per project | The public face of an event or an operator. Static, fast, owned by you, with the season's story told once and read everywhere. |
| Platform | $45–95k per project | The site plus the parts that take money and hold data. Registration, waivers, results, athlete accounts, on infrastructure you own. |
| Platform + Console | $90–180k per project | The platform plus the back office. Check-in, timing feeds, volunteer rosters, sponsor reporting, and the dashboard the race director opens at five in the morning. |
| Season care | $1,500–4,500 per month | Keeping what was built current through a season. Updates, monitoring, content changes, the registration open and close, and someone who answers. |
Before any build
The Blueprint
Every project starts with a Blueprint. It takes two to three weeks for a fixed fee. The studio reads what you have, talks to the people who run the event, and writes down what to build, in what order, what it costs, and what it needs from you. You own the document either way: build with the studio, build with someone else, or build nothing.
Site
$18–40k per project
The public face of an event or an operator. Static, fast, owned by you, with the season's story told once and read everywhere.
Includes
- Positioning and copy in one language, a second on request
- Design in your identity, not a template
- Static build, self-hosted or on a host you choose, with no vendor lock
- Registration hand-off to the platform you already use
- Performance and accessibility budgets that fail the build
- Two rounds of revisions, then launch
A site is the right scope when registration, results and payments already live somewhere that works, and what the event needs is a front door that loads in under two seconds anywhere in the world and says what the race is.
Platform
$45–95k per project
The site plus the parts that take money and hold data. Registration, waivers, results, athlete accounts, on infrastructure you own.
Includes
- Everything in Site
- Registration with pricing tiers, early-bird windows and waitlists
- Waivers, medical forms and document uploads
- Athlete accounts, transfers and refunds under your rules
- Results publishing and a searchable archive
- Payment provider of your choice, payouts to your account
A platform is the right scope when a third-party registration service costs you a percentage of every entry, or when its forms cannot ask the question your event needs answered.
Platform + Console
$90–180k per project
The platform plus the back office. Check-in, timing feeds, volunteer rosters, sponsor reporting, and the dashboard the race director opens at five in the morning.
Includes
- Everything in Platform
- A console for the organising team with roles and audit history
- Race-day tools that work offline and sync when the signal returns
- Timing-system and results feeds
- Volunteer, marshal and aid-station rosters
- Sponsor and partner reporting
The console is the right scope when the organising team runs the event from spreadsheets and messages, and the cost of one lost entry or one missed medical flag is higher than the build.
Season care
$1,500–4,500 per month
Keeping what was built current through a season. Updates, monitoring, content changes, the registration open and close, and someone who answers.
Includes
- Dependency and security updates on a schedule
- Uptime and performance monitoring with a person on the other end
- Content and pricing changes within two working days
- Registration open, close and capacity changes
- A monthly note on what changed and what the numbers say
Care is priced by the size of what is being cared for and how much changes during the season. It starts after launch and can stop at the end of any month.
